  • Advised Cheniere with a series of projects financings in connection with both its Sabine Pass LNG project in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and its Midship Pipeline, a nearly 200-mile greenfield natural gas pipeline that connects Oklahoma production to growing Gulf Coast and Southeast markets via deliveries to existing pipelines. Cheniere is the largest LNG exporter in the U.S.
  • Advised NextDecade on structuring over half a dozen distinct transactions for its final investment decision for the equity and debt financing of the first three liquefaction trains at its Rio Grande LNG Facility in Texas, with a capacity of 17.6 MTPA, marking the largest greenfield energy equity and non-recourse debt financing in U.S. history at approximately US$18.5 billion, all closed and funded concurrently, while addressing FERC and DOE issues.
  • Advised Venture Global LNG with respect to its second LNG export project, Plaquemines LNG. Plaquemines is a 20 million ton per annum export project under is currently under construction in Plaquemines Parish, LA, and Gator Express is the affiliated pipeline to that Terminal. As with Calcasieu Pass, the firm represents Plaquemines with respect to regulatory matters, gas supply and transportation contracting, and project financing.
