Zachary Wittenberg co-heads the firm’s corporate practice, while fellow co-head Wesley Williams is highly active in the midstream and upstream sectors, advising financial sponsors, operators, and producers on complex transactions. Wesley Williams is noted for his extensive experience leading buy-side and sell-side deals involving midstream companies and assets, and John Goodgame is recognised for his expertise in M&A, corporate governance, and capital raising. Mary Lovely is recommended for her proficiency in acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures across the entire oil and gas value chain, while Robert Shearer has recently advised on multi-billion-dollar mergers and disposals.
