Newly arrived Shawn Kodes co-heads the team from New York, and brings with him a portfolio of clients that includes Blackstone, Sixth Street and Apollo. Eugene Ferrer brings deep experience in the securitization market, and focuses on sophisticated CLOs, middle markets and syndicated loan facilities.  Nicole Skalla is highly experienced in a variety of asset-backed securities transactions, including hybrid and synthetic CDOs and CLOs. Nicole Bright and newly arrived Matthew Nemeth are both sought after by clients for their experience in advising arrangers and collateral managers in CLO transactions, with Bright’s CLO expertise complementing Nemeth’s capacities in esoteric asset-backed financings, including solar, oil and gas assets commercial and consumer loans, and others.
