Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC handles a mix of advertising litigation, class actions and matters before the National Advertising Division (NAD) in both state and federal courts for national and international brands and advertising agencies. The team is well-equipped to handle disputes before federal and state agencies such as cases before the FTC involving native advertising, influencers and claim substantiation. The practice is jointly led by Jason Howell and Brian Murphy. Kimberly Maynard leads on false advertising and trade mark issues, while Terri Seligman is the go-to for NAD matters where she represents both advertisers and challengers.
