It handles contentious matters across the full range of sectors, representing clients in the pharmaceutical, banking, insurance, real estate and agribusiness industries, among others. Sandra González leads the team and has particular expertise in construction, energy and infrastructure disputes, as well as in contentious proceedings against government entities. Specialising in commercial matters, Alejandro Pintos represents clients in domestic and international arbitration. Soledad Díaz focuses her practice on the natural resources and infrastructure sectors and has an established track record representing clients in ICC arbitration.
