Led from the firm’s London office by Peter Spencer but with considerable input from across various departments out of Cardiff, the ‘very accessible and responsive’ team at Hugh James provides ’very flexible’ contentious and non-contentious advice to a range of arts and sports-based charities, in particular. The firm also continues to pick up a significant number of charity legacy mandates, which is serviced by the firm’s market-leading private wealth offering. Rebecca McCarthy left the firm in June 2024.
