Co-chaired by Lee Clifford and Mark Neale, the Freeths LLP team leverages its ‘good specialist knowledge’ while representing clients from across the tech, construction and automotive industries. The practice has extensive experience of advising on corporate disposals, M&A and private equity transactions, with the corporate head Clifford specialising in complex investments and private restructuring. Tom Brown focuses on all aspects of corporate law, while Neale spearheads the commercial offering, concentrating primarily on IT outsourcing transactions.
