Foyen recruits HR manager from Landshypotek Bank

Foyen Advokatfirma has recruited Landshypotek Bank’s former HR manager Annelie von Dahn as its new HR manager. Annelie will be responsible for developing Foyen’s operations through its human capital and will serve in the firm’s management group, writes Foyen in a press release. Annelie comes most recently from Landshypotek Bank where, for the past eight years, she served as the HR manager with overall responsibility for HR. In her role as HR manager, Annelie also had personnel and budget responsibility for four employees and served in the bank's management Group.  -       Foyen is inan exciting growth phase where the organization, culture, recruiting of new employees, and development of existing employees is crucial. I look forward to using my experience to contribute to the development of Foyen into an even more modern and interesting workplace, says Annelie von Dahn. Annelie has many years of experience in working with personnel-related questions. Johan Sköld from Chalmers Ventures strengthens Foyen’s board

Foyen's Boardof Directors grows through the addition of Johan Sköld, a co-opted director from Chalmers Ventures AB. Johan's extensive experience in IT and business development further strengthens the board's work in developing Foyen into Sweden's leading law firm for project and technology-related law,writes Foyen in a press release. Johan Sköld is the founder and co founder of over 30 companies, half of which as an intrapreneur. With a great interest in people, economics, and technology, he has combined roles in strategic development and sales in leading positions for over 20 years. Johan describes himself as a serial entrepreneur and advisor who works chiefly as Head of Growth at Chalmers Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chalmers University of Technology.  Foyen is a leading law firm with a great deal of commitment to society and a strong and informal corporate culture. Foyen has advised Dragon Mining in Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing

Foyen has advised Australian mining company Dragon Mining Limited in its listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on 5 November 2018. Dragon Mining is principally engaged in gold exploration, mining and processing with operating mines, pre-production mining assets and production plants in Sweden and Finland. Foyen's assignment has included environmental/permitting and corporate due diligence regarding the Swedish operation. The listing comprised a public offering for a total of 50,000,000 shares and the total funds raised were approximately HK$101 million(116 MSEK).
