Lucie Paitier is in charge of developing and running the Adaltys office in Rennes.

Over the past 8 years, Lucie Paitier has developed expertise in energy law, public contracts, public ownership law and environmental law, in particular in the sectors of renewable energy, electricity distribution networks, waste, public contracting and local public companies.

She advises public and private players in the development of energy production projects based on renewable energy sources: from the legal feasibility stage and the definition of the relevant arrangements (governance and contracts), to the monitoring phases of administrative and urban planning procedures (urban planning and environmental authorisations (construction permits, Installation classified for the protection of the environment (ICPE- Installation Classée pour la Protection de l’Environnement), public enquiry procedure)) useful to the implementation of the project, and, if necessary, in the litigation phase.
