Séverine Buffet specializes in regulatory (SCOT, PLU) and operational urban planning (appraisal and issuance of urban planning authorizations, advice and litigation), as well as development law (assistance with the creation and implementation of ZACs, subdivisions, etc.), land transactions and environmental issues associated with urban planning documents and development operations.

She supports local authorities throughout the procedures they implement to draw up or develop their urban planning documents (SCOT, PLU). She also defends local authorities and petitioners faced with appeals and litigation against planning refusals and authorizations.

Séverine Buffet regularly runs training courses in town planning law, for local authorities (staff and elected representatives), as well as for town planners.
