His expertise in corporate law is also very appreciated as well as on real estate market and on M&A mid-cap companies field.

Juliette Bril is in charge of the firm’s environmental law department. Bilingual in English, she advises her foreign and French clients (investment funds, institutional investors, industrials, banks, insurance companies, developers, warehouse users, individuals…) in environmental law issues either in industrial regulations (classified facilities, pollution, waste, renewable energies …) or in property and warehouse regulations (green lease, asbestos, legionella…). Her experience in real estate investments has allowed Juliette Bril to develop a specific expertise in environmental law issues in relation to real estate acquisitions or share deals (environmental due diligence, contract negotiations and liability guarantees).

Matthieu joined Fairway as a partner in September 2020 in order to create the Restructuring practice. Matthieu's expertise covers debt restructuring in the context of pre-bankruptcy proceedings (ad hoc and conciliation procedures), as well as in the context of safeguard, reorganization and liquidation proceedings and, more generally, all matters in connection with the restructuring of distressed companies, both advising clients and representing them in court. Matthieu also has an extensive experience in commercial, banking, financial and civil litigation, and he is also involved in financing transactions and capital markets including as counsel to foreign investors.
