Areas of practice: The firm’s Paris office has achieved substantial recognition for its dispute resolution practice, covering both international arbitration and business litigation. The litigation department is particularly active in the commercial, industrial, banking and finance sectors, as well as handling matters involving white-collar crime. The intellectual property practice group is particularly renowned for litigation involving patents, advice and litigation in the film industry, and for its work in terms of trade marks, copyright, drawings and models, image rights and domain names.

The antitrust and competition team has considerable experience in notifying the French and European authorities of concentrations. It also assists clients by advising and handling matters involving state aid, ententes, abuse of dominant positions and distribution networks.
