Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. significantly enhanced its commercial and corporate litigation expertise following the arrival of standout lawyer Olivier Loizon (ex Viguié Schmidt & Associés) in February 2024, adding extensive experience in managing high-stakes public and private M&A disputes and antitrust follow-on proceedings. The team, which also includes Bruno Quentin and Jean-Sébastien Bazille, has the ability to handle a whole array of cases including complex cross-border cases, especially linked to Africa, as well as enforcement proceedings. It acts for leading corporations, as well as SMEs, asset management and financial institutions and foreign clients. Jean-Philippe Pons-Henry and Sophie Scemla also contribute. Gabriel Hannotin left the firm in 2024.
