The firm assists a prominent client base that includes leading French companies (spanning the financial services, TMT and energy sectors notably), investors and international groups with conducting large and high-profile transactions including public M&A deals. Recently, the practice has also been particularly sought after to work on highly complex and strategic carve out projects pertaining to leading companies.
