Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1993), Chantal Cordier-Vasseur is Partner – Business Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration practice since 2011. Chantal manages, for the clients of the Firm, the prevention, management and resolution of disputes with which they are faced in the fields of Contract Law, Liability Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, etc., and advises companies on all questions relating to procedures for the prevention and processing of economic and financial difficulties. Chantal has been trained in inter-company mediation under the auspices of the mediation and arbitration centre of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CMAP). Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Chantal practiced in the law firm Shearman & Sterling in Paris, then in the law firm Moquet Borde & Associés.
Christian Wolfrom
Christian Wolfrom
Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1990), Christian is the cofounder of LWA and co-manages the Corporate practice since 1995. Christian works on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and equity capital transactions for listed and non-listed companies. He has also developed specific experience in Financial Law, in particular with respect to the financing of projects and assets (aircrafts, real property, communication means…), LBOs, investment capital transactions. He closely participates in the development of companies with a strong potential of growth, from their incorporation until their introduction on the stock exchange. Before founding the Law Firm Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Christian began his career in the law firm Siméon Moquet Borde. In 1993, he integrated CDC Participations, PART’COM and INCOM, a risk capital and development capital subsidiary of Caisse des dépôts et consignations. Christian is a Colonel in the French citizen air force reserve.
Hervé Castelnau

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1995, Hervé Castelnau is Partner – Corporate Law practice since 2016. Since 30 years, Hervé’s dominant activity consists is in mergers and acquisitions and private equity in France and Africa, for predominant industrial players, family group shareholders, growth companies and investment funds. He is principally involved in the telecoms, media and new technologies sectors as well as in the agrifood, automotive and luxury sectors. He also has specific experience in assisting state-owned companies. Hervé has been advising French and international clients in their M&A transactions for more than twenty years. His experience encompasses all aspects of Corporate law, in particular transactions involving acquisitions, joint ventures, privatisations, restructurings of companies and business agreements. Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Hervé practiced in 1988 at Coudert Brothers in New York and Coudert Brothers in Paris, prior to participating in the creation of SDM&C in 1994 and joining Norton Rose, where he managed the M&A practice, and joining Jones Day in 2011.

Jean-Luc WORKS ON tax and company financing and in particular in the fields of group taxation, restructurings and financial flows, tax and negotiation of mergers & acquisitions, tax litigation, financial and wealth optimisation, the taxation of public players and non-profit organisations. He assists his public and private clients, both in counselling and tax litigation matters. Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Jean- Luc practiced at PWC and then joined Lafarge SA. He then co-founded the law firm Moisand Boutin et Associés.

Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1996), Pierre Lafarge is Partner – Corporate Law practice since 2001. Pierre WORKS ON corporate law and financial law and has gained a renowned experience in private-equity transactions (principally with investment funds), mergers and acquisitions (particularly in transactions for the transfer or acquisition of troubled activities – distressed-M&A) and restructurings, for French or foreign clients. He also regularly intervenes in the negotiation of partnerships and joint ventures, in particular when they involve public entities (communities (collectivités) and public establishments). Pierre also assists his clients in their financing transactions (issuance of securities, structuring of security packages, implementations of trusts) and public offers. Pierre is very active in particular with respect to infrastructures and regulated sectors (financial, in particular). Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Pierre practiced in the law firm of Pr. Charley Hannoun .

Lawyer at the New York Bar (2001) and Paris Bar (2004), Thibaut Kazémi is Partner – Corporate Law Practice since 2016. Thibaut Kazémi is involved in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters, in France and in Africa, alongside leading industrial players, the shareholders of family held groups, growth companies and investment funds. He is particularly active in cross-border transactions, the negotiation of joint ventures and strategic alliances and, more generally, of complex business and industrial agreements. Thibaut advises his French and foreign clients in numerous business sectors and has, in particular, developed an expertise in the fields of telecommunications, media and new technologies, as well as in the energy sector. Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Thibaut practiced for approximately fifteen years in Anglo-Saxon law firms (Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), Norton Rose and Jones Day).
