Marion Delaigue intervenes in French public business law and French general administrative law.

Marion has drawn from her multiple experiences in a Ministerial cabinet, as elected official and within companies, a global, operational and pragmatic approach for her counselling duties, while remaining attentive to the various stakeholders and to their constraints, for the purpose of serving the client’s projects.
Marion has practiced in a capacity as lawyer at the Law Firm Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats from 2000 to 2004. She was then asked to join the ministerial cabinet of Dominique de Villepin, the French Internal Affairs Minister, who she then assisted, when he became Prime Minister, at the Matignon Palace, in a capacity as technical counsellor in charge of parliamentary affairs, all of which while being simultaneously deputy Mayor of the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Marion then integrated the LVMH group where she was then entrusted with the administrative monitoring of the Fondation Louis Vuitton pour la Création project.
Marion re-joined the Paris Bar in 2013 in a capacity as counsel lawyer at the law firm Earth Avocats prior to joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats in September 2015 in a capacity as Partner of the Public Law practice.

Lawyer at the Paris Bar (2012), Pauline Leddet-Troadec is a Partner in Environmental Law practice since 2023.
Pauline Leddet-Troadec works on both litigation (before administrative, civil and criminal courts) and advisory matters having to do with environmental regulations. She focuses on matters regarding industrial environmental law including classified facilities, industrial risks, contaminated sites and soils, water or air impacts, technological risk prevention plans (French “PPRT” regulations) and chemical products.
Pauline advises on waste management and circular economy and also works on negotiation and drafting of contractual clauses for real estate transactions (sale and lease back operations, leases agreement, etc.).
In addition, she counsels clients on matters regarding sustainable development and biodiversity issues, such as compensation obligations, protected species derogations, etc.
She advises French and international companies, as well as public entities.
She has practiced at Boivin and Foley Hoag as Counsel.
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1999, Terence Cabot is dealing in Public Business Law and Administrative Law in general. Specialized in the Economic Public Law and Telecommunications Law, he also focuses on cases concerning Public contracts, Urban Planning Law, Public Competition Law.
He supports as well public clients as private clients, in counselling as in contentious lawsuit.
He teaches the electronic Communication Law at Poitier University.
